Who we are

Stacked Sports Live ("Stacked", "we", "us") is operated by Value Vault LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect when you use stackedsportslive.com and Stacked AI, and how we use it.

What we collect

1. Account information: your name, email address, login details, and email preferences.
2. Payment information: your plan, billing history and subscription status. Card details are collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers.
3. Stacked AI conversations: every question you ask and every answer you receive, the sports, games, teams and players you ask about, and any ratings or feedback you give.
4. Betting information: bets and picks you ask about, save, or log in the bet tracker, including teams, markets, lines, odds, sportsbooks and stake amounts if you choose to enter them.
5. Site activity: pages you view, links and buttons you click or tap, scrolling, mouse movement, time spent on each page, searches, and the features you use. We record sessions and build heatmaps using our own tools and Microsoft Clarity. Session recordings mask what you type into form fields.
6. Device and location information: IP address, approximate location based on IP address, browser, device type, operating system, screen size, the site that referred you, and promo or campaign codes you used.
7. Cookies and similar technologies: used to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, measure how the site is used, and credit the source of your visit.

How we use it

We use this information to run Stacked and Stacked AI; answer your questions; personalize what you see; build, train, test and improve our AI, models, predictions and reports; grade our picks and measure their accuracy; understand how people use the site and what they want; send you service emails and, unless you unsubscribe, product news, picks and offers; enforce plan limits, trial rules and our Terms; prevent fraud and abuse; and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

We share information with companies that run parts of the service for us, including website and database hosting, sign-in, payments (Stripe), analytics and session recording (Microsoft Clarity), AI model providers that generate Stacked AI answers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI), and email delivery. They may use it only to provide their services to us and as their own terms and privacy policies allow.

Other sharing

We may share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, users or the public, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case it transfers to the new owner under this policy. We may publish or share aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you, such as the most-asked-about teams of the week.

We do not sell your personal information. If that changes, we will update this policy first and offer any choices the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep account, conversation, betting and activity information while your account is open and for up to three years after it closes, longer where the law requires. De-identified and aggregated information may be kept indefinitely.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any email. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or close your account, by emailing info@stackedsportslive.com. We honor Global Privacy Control signals by turning off third-party session recording for that browser. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's law, and we will respond to those requests as that law requires.

Age

Stacked is only for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure.

Changes

We will post any changes here with a new effective date. If a change is material, we will also notify you by email or on the site.

Your saved work and external services

Delete conversations from Chat History. Export reviewed tickets as CSV or delete saved import batches from My Bets. Clearing browser data does not erase saved account records. Sign out on shared devices. Screenshot bytes sent for ticket extraction are not retained in Stacked’s database. Public scores and team images may load from ESPN and fonts from Google; those services receive connection information.

New members can choose marketing emails at signup; existing opt-outs are preserved. Transactional account and billing emails are separate. Use Privacy choices in the footer to change analytics consent. Training downloads contain aggregated insights and graded picks, not raw questions, comments, emails, or customer identifiers.
