Eligibility

You must be 21 or older and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for following the laws where you live, including any laws about sports betting.

Information only

Stacked provides sports data, analysis and AI-generated research for information and entertainment. Stacked does not accept, place or settle wagers, hold customer funds, or award prizes. Picks, probabilities and AI answers are opinions, can be wrong, and are not guarantees of any outcome. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. Need help with gambling? Subscriptions and billing

Stacked AI Membership is $14.97 per month plus any applicable tax and renews automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account through Manage billing; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires or where we choose to issue a refund. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Free trials and promo codes

New members get a 7-day free trial. Promo codes we publish may extend a trial, for example to 10 or 30 days. No card is required to start a trial, and you are not charged when it ends; you choose whether to subscribe. One free trial per person and per account. We may change, limit or end any trial or code, and may cancel trials we believe were obtained through duplicate accounts or abuse.

AI usage

Stacked AI includes up to 200 messages per day, resetting at midnight Eastern Time. Answers that fail to generate do not count. You may not scrape, resell, share accounts, or automate access to Stacked AI.

Your content and data

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give Stacked a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to store, copy, analyze, modify and create derivative works from your questions, feedback, bet entries and site activity to operate, improve and develop our services, including training and evaluating our models. By using Stacked you agree to the collection and use of information described in our Privacy Policy, including session recording and analytics.

Disclaimers

Stacked is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Sports data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed or wrong.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Stacked and Value Vault LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any betting losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Disputes, arbitration and class action waiver

Any dispute arising from these Terms or Stacked will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and Stacked each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class, collective or representative action. You may opt out of this arbitration section within 30 days of creating your account by emailing info@stackedsportslive.com with your name, account email and a statement that you opt out. Ohio law governs these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will notify you by email or on the site. Continuing to use Stacked after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

Third parties and appropriate use

Streaming, sportsbook and referral links open independent services under their own terms. Stacked does not connect or sync your television, sportsbook or banking accounts, transmit subscription video, or request those passwords. The watchroom displays score tiles. Provider names, logos and data remain subject to their owners’ rights. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, private keys, confidential third-party information, or content you lack permission to use.

Verify event details, prices, eligibility and rules independently. Do not use location masking or false information to evade restrictions. Past performance does not assure future performance. Odds-implied probability, historical hit rate and a forecast probability are different measurements. Applicable law controls where these terms conflict with rights that cannot be waived.
